The red filter icon indicates that the air purifier is unable to detect that the High-Efficiency Composite filter is installed correctly. This is a safety feature to ensure the device does not operate without proper filtration.
Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Power Off and Unplug
- Re-install the High-Efficiency Composite Filter (H13 Grade) Filter
- Open the filter compartment and remove the H13 Grade filter.
- Carefully place the filter back into its housing, ensuring it is properly and securely seated.
- Confirm that there are no gaps around the edges of the filter and that it sits flush within its compartment.
Restart the Device:
Plug the air purifier back in and turn it on. The red icon should now be gone.
