This document provides detailed step-by-step instructions for packaging the Dreametech Robot Vacuum and Mop. Please follow each step carefully to ensure safe and secure packaging according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Before returning the robot, to prevent liquid from leaking during transportation, the liquid needs to be emptied from the machine. This includes emptying the cleanwater/usedwater tank in the base station, cleaning the Auto-Detergent Compartment, and emptying the robot's small water tank.
1. Open the cover of the base station and empty the liquid from the cleanwater/usedwater tank.
2. Open the dust collection cover, take out the Auto-Detergent Compartment, and pour out the cleaning liquid.
3. If the robot has a removable water tank, detach it and pour out the liquid. If the water tank is not removable, go to the app settings -> Accessibility -> Device Maintenance, and click on "Robot water tank draining." Wait approximately three minutes for the liquid to be fully emptie

Warm Reminder:
Prior to packaging, please remove all debris, including animal hair, insects, and allergens, from the dust bag and dust box. Please make sure to empty the water tank and cleaning solution container before shipping the device to avoid any damage caused by liquid/dirt during transit. Per policy, liquid/dirt damage is not covered under warranty and will not be covered by the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Step 1: Prepare a cardboard box and place cushioning materials at the bottom, such as paper cards, old newspapers, foam pellets, small boxes, small water bottles, and other fillers to secure the machine.
Step 2: Place the removed extension board along with the cleaned liquid box and the dust collection valve in the yellow board box.
Step 3: Wrap the main unit with a towel or clothing, and place it in the yellow board box with the front facing up and the wheels facing out, as shown in the picture below.
Step 4: Fill the surrounding area of the base station with clothing, old towels, inflatable bags, or similar cushioning materials.
Step 5: Take the "bottom" of the yellow board box and fold it according to the instructions in the picture, sealing the box in a "工" (work) shape.
Step 6: Seal the box as shown in the picture.
Notes 1. Begin the current station's tasks after verifying that the previous station's work is correct. 2. After completing the tasks, perform a self-inspection of all work contents according to SOP requirements before passing to the next station.
