Roller brush is jammed with foreign objects

The main brush of the vacuum robot features a conical airflow design, which allows it to rotate simultaneously and capture dust and debris from the floor. However, if there are larger or harder foreign objects on the ground, such as big pieces of trash or wires, they may get stuck in the roller brush. It is advisable to regularly check and clean the roller brush of the vacuum robot. If there is an accumulation of hair on the floor, we recommend clearing the roller brush periodically. The cover on one end of the roller brush can be removed to clean off any tangled hair. Regularly check for any foreign objects wrapped around the brush to ensure the proper functioning of the vacuum robot.
