The device gets hot while charging

"1. The T3 styler uses rechargeable batteries. During charging, chemical reactions occur that generate some heat—this is normal and will not damage the device. On the contrary, if there is no heat, there may be an issue with the device or the charger.
2. If there is no heat, try replacing the charger and testing again; turn the device off and on, then test it again, and let it charge for a little longer."
