How to verify that the installation was successful

"Once installation is complete, please follow these steps to verify:

1. Insert the batteries (at least 4 AA batteries) and confirm that the door lock is powered on—the indicator light should flash or remain lit.
2. Automatic calibration: After inserting the batteries, the door lock will automatically perform a calibration (the latch will extend and retract once). Please ensure the door is closed.
3. Test from the inside:
- Turn the indoor knob to confirm that the latch fully extends (locks) and fully retracts (unlocks).
- Verify that the latch moves smoothly, without any sticking or unusual noises.
4. Test from the outside:
- Close the door, then unlock it using a fingerprint or passcode to confirm that the lock unlocks and opens the door properly.
- Manually push the latch into the locked position from the outside to confirm that it locks properly.
5. Check door alignment:
- The door should close without noticeable resistance or friction.
- The latch should align with the strike plate holes and not be obstructed by the edges.
6. App connection test:
- Open the Dreame NAVO App, search for, and connect to the door lock.
- Perform one Bluetooth unlock and lock operation via the App to confirm that Bluetooth communication is working properly."
