"The physical keyhole is located at the bottom of the door lock’s outer panel and is protected by a sliding cover.
How to open:
1. At the bottom or side of the cover, you will see a small notch (the hook position).
2. Insert your fingernail or a coin into the notch.
3. Slide the cover downward or flick it outward to reveal the keyhole.
4. Insert the emergency key into the keyhole to unlock the door manually.
How to lock:
1. Push the cover back up into place; you will hear a ""click"" when it locks.
Important notes:
- Use the emergency key only when the door lock is completely out of power and USB-C emergency charging is unavailable.
- Please store the emergency key in a safe location outside the door (such as in your car or office); never lock it inside the door.
- If the cover is difficult to open, try inserting a sharper tool (such as the edge of a coin) into the groove, or slide it with a little more force. Low temperatures in winter may cause the cover to contract and become tighter, which is normal."
