Equipment overheating automatic shutdown

If the device does not turn on, can not turn on, or the device uses hot air curling 3-5 minutes after triggering the thermostat protection, overheating shutdown occurs, please guide the user to check according to the following guidelines: 

(1) confirm the approximate temperature of the use environment 

(2) confirm the use scenario, if it is hot air mode curling, you need to confirm with the user how long it has been in hot air mode to switch to one-click cold air. Normal hot air styling for 10-15 seconds, and then switch to cold air styling for 5-10 seconds. If the hot air styling time is too long, it will cause the device to overheat. It is recommended to use 10S hot air and 7S cold air. If the device is still turned off after 3-5 minutes of use, take a video of the flashing of the button position indicator so that we can further check.
