The charging indicator light is not on

If the toothbrush has been idle for a long time, the indicator light may not turn on while charging. This is simply the device waking up, so there’s no need to worry. Please continue charging and wait for about 5 minutes. If the indicator light still doesn’t turn on, we’ll schedule a repair for you.
