- Place the vacuum cleaner on the charging base and check whether you hear the voice prompt "Charging started," see the charging indicator on the screen flashing like a small lightning bolt, and the battery percentage displayed.
- Make sure the charging cable is properly connected to the outlet. We recommend re‑placing the vacuum on the charging dock and trying again.
Check whether the pins on the charging base and the charging contacts on the bottom of the vacuum are wet or dirty. If so, wipe them clean and then re‑check.
- If the device has just run out of battery, the battery may be hot. To prolong battery life, charging may be temporarily unavailable or slower than usual. Wait for the battery to cool down before it resumes normal charging.
