SH10 not producing steam? SH10 not working? SH10 buttons unresponsive?

"Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the power supply is connected, whether the machine buttons are responsive, and whether it can power on normally.
2. Check whether the water tank is intact and properly installed. Incorrect installation or improper placement may prevent the device from drawing water. (If the three indicator lights are flashing, it may also be caused by the water tank not being installed correctly.)
3. Check whether the device is heating up. If it feels warm, the internal boiler is working normally. Please wait another minute to observe whether steam is produced.
4. If it can power on normally but still does not operate, there may be a pipe blockage. In this case, add citric acid to the water tank and soak the machine for cleaning.
5. If steam still cannot be produced after cleaning with citric acid, there may be a hardware malfunction, and the unit needs to be replaced."
