Food is not cooked evenly / not fully cooked

"The rack is in the wrong position; refer to the “Rack Position Chart” in the product specifications to adjust it;
The cookware is the wrong size or made of an unsuitable material; replace it with compatible cookware;
The temperature needs to be calibrated; press “Settings” → number key “6” to adjust it by ±35°F (±19°C)."
