After pressing the water spray button, there is no water flowing out or only a small amount of water flowing out (steam mode is alike).

"1. Check Water Level
Check the clean water tank. If empty, refill it completely.
2. Wait for Heating (If Applicable)
If the hot water or steam mode indicator light is blinking, the system is heating. This is normal. Wait 30 seconds for the light to become solid.
If the light keeps blinking for over a minute, please contact for repair.
3. Clear Nozzle Blockage
Remove the standard brush head.
Use the provided cleaning pin to clear the nozzle opening.
Reinstall the brush head and try again.
4. Perform Descaling (For Persistent Low Flow)
As per the manual, add citric acid descaler to a full clean water tank. Shake well to mix.
Attach the handle with the self-cleaning cap installed.
Start the Hot Water Cleaning mode and press the spray button to run the descaling cycle.
If water flow is still weak after descaling, please contact for repair."
