"First, check whether the device is in one of the following modes (you can confirm this by looking at the mode indicator light at the air outlet or by checking the mode on the device page in the app):
Sleep Purification Mode: In Sleep mode, the fan speed is automatically adjusted to Level 1, at which the suction is weakest. If you need stronger airflow (suction), you can switch to another mode, or switch to Custom Mode and adjust the fan speed manually.
Pet Purify Mode: In this mode, the device operates at Level 8 to capture pet hair. However, if the Smart Top Base is installed and the device detects that a pet is on it, the fan speed will automatically drop to Level 4 to reduce noise and avoid disturbing the pet. If you require sustained strong suction, you can switch to Custom Mode and adjust the fan speed manually.
AI Purify Mode: In this mode, the device automatically adjusts the fan speed based on real‑time air quality. If you need constant strong suction, you can switch to Custom Mode and adjust the fan speed manually.
If, even after switching to the highest fan speed in Custom Mode, the suction still feels insufficient, it may be due to an accumulation of pet hair inside the device. You can go to the self‑cleaning page under device settings in the app and activate the self‑cleaning function. After the self‑cleaning cycle is complete, inspect and clear any hair from the device to prevent blockages that could reduce suction performance."
