The weight reading on the weighing platform remains unchanged

"1. To use this weighing platform, press the ""Weigh"" button first, then place your pet on the platform. The weighing process will start automatically.
2. Make sure your pet remains still on the platform for at least 5 seconds. The pet must stay on the platform for at least 5 seconds during the weighing process.
3. If the issue persists, please provide a video of the weighing process, a screenshot of the app interface, and upload the log file."
