Is the machine making unusual noises? The motor is stuttering and making clicking sounds.

"1. Check that the unit is placed on a level surface, that the internal filter is installed correctly, and that the unit is positioned properly.
2. If none of the above issues are present, determine whether the noise occurs only when the unit swings from side to side or whether it occurs even when it is stationary. Check for foreign objects inside the unit or loose parts.
3. If the noise occurs only when the unit swings, it is most likely caused by a faulty ball bearing bracket, ball bearing shaft, or head gear, and the unit will need to be sent in for repair."
