Display Screen Issue

Display malfunction: The screen suddenly fails to display when the device is turned on, or the screen suddenly goes blank when rotating.

1. Check that the power is connected and that the power cord/charging cable is in good working order.
2. Check that the filter and the front and rear air duct covers are installed correctly. If they are not installed correctly, the safety mechanism will be triggered and the unit will not turn on.
3. Check whether the device is in child lock or sleep mode.
4. If everything above is normal, please send the unit in for repair."
