What to do if the robot is louder than usual while working?

If you notice a sudden increase in noise or a rattling sound during cleaning, follow the steps below to restore normal sound levels.

 

Step 1 – Remove the dust-bin and filter; tap out dust and rinse the filter until water runs clear, then dry 24 h.
Step 2 – Flip the robot, remove the main brush, and clear any stones or hard debris caught underneath.
Step 3 – Check the side brush and main brush for tangled hair or string; cut away any wrapped material.
Step 4 – In the app, lower the suction gear from Turbo to Standard or Quiet mode and run a test segment.
