Remote control malfunction (after prolonged use)

"The remote control may be out of batteries. Please follow these steps to replace the remote control batteries:
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw on the back of the remote control, then remove the battery cover.
2. Remove the old button battery and replace it with a new 3V CR2025 button battery.
3. Replace the battery cover and secure it with the screw.
4. If the device still cannot be controlled after replacing the batteries, replace the remote control entirely.
Note: Ensure correct polarity when replacing the button battery."
