"1. When the customer first receives the machine and installs it for use, they may inadvertently snap or bend the terminal pins on the underside of the machine, preventing the motor rotation signal from being transmitted correctly. This may resemble the situation described below
2. The main unit has not been installed correctly, or there are voltage fluctuations in the socket used by the customer (as shown in Appendix 2). This causes the machine’s motor to trigger its safety protection mechanism. First, please ask the customer to check again whether the main unit’s base is properly connected to the body of the machine. Once this has been confirmed, please unplug the main unit, leave it for approximately 2 minutes, then plug it back in and switch it on to observe its behaviour.
3. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please replace the machine."
